Returns & Replacements Policy

We’ll help troubleshoot, adjust your protocol, or send a replacement. Still not satisfied? We’ll issue a full refund within 6 months, as long as you can provide proof of purchase from Wellhistic.com or one of our authorized partners.

Please note: We cannot accept opened supplement bottles for return due to health and safety regulations, but your refund or replacement is still guaranteed.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

We stand behind the integrity of our formulas. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it. To request help, email us at info@theholisticdetox.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged product and packaging
  • Your order confirmation or invoice

We may inspect the issue to determine if a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate. Please note: Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

3. Delivery or Shipping Problems
