I'm Carola Le-Wriedt. Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Bioenergetic Practitioner and certified Herbalist, with more than 12 years of clinical experience in POTS, dysautonomia, Lyme and hormonal imbalances. But before I became a formulator, I was the patient no one could help.
I created what I once needed.
I was already a practitioner when my own body became the case I couldn't solve. POTS and dysautonomia had me fainting 13 to 15 times a day. I spent three months in a wheelchair and saw 51 doctors over four years before finding Lyme disease and co-infections, on top of PCOS, endometriosis and PMS so severe I couldn't enjoy my own life.
When I supported my nervous system, hormones, gut and detox pathways together, everything shifted. I became an herbalist and formulator and refined these formulas in my clinical practice, with more than 12 years working with women on POTS, dysautonomia, Lyme and hormonal imbalances. That's when I became the practitioner I needed. And Wellhistic was born.
